Trader Joes Cleanse
I really want to start anew, and get all of this crap out of my body. Has anyone use the trader joes one? Is there one that you woudl recommend?

Has great reviews......very healthy......perfect to jumpstart dieting or eating healthy.

never did that but recently attempted the Dr. Oz one and found it really hard to do!
i couldn't get past the celery, kale, and cucumber in the lunch shake. it was awful...and then i was starving and missing food 
so i lasted a day but i will say that what it taught me was that i could survive the day with less food! i was so happy to 'eat' again that since then i have lost some weight..i do think a cleanse is a good way to start a weight loss program or to just detox. if you are interested in the Dr. Oz one, there is a pretty recent thread on it here somewhere.

The juices are vile. I purchased three days worth and there is no way that I can get the juice down. I am more than willing to abstain from food but the juice and smoothies are gross. Don't be fooled by the nice photograph.
Do you juice often? I really love them but I'm used to juices that are kind of icky. I just bought a batch and like them so far.

I've never had these but love the Organic Avenue Juice Cleanse. I've found all whole juices with veg tend to taste similar. I love green juice!

I heard great things about organic avenue. I should check it out when I'm done with love grace.
I'm really trying to incorporate fresh juices more.
