Filet of Sole
What kind of fish is it? Is it flounder? I've been to a few fish markets and never see "sole" I tried googling but didn't help. Wondering if you foodies can help! Thank you!

I Googled it and the best answer I came up with is that it's a member of the flatfish family known as Soleidae, but outside of Europe the name 'sole' is applied to many other flat fish - especially flounder and halibut.
