Irish Coffee pub, Villa Lombardi's, Snapper Inn, the View, Sonoma Grill,Captain Bill's,Lombardi's on the bay.

The Library Cafe in Farmingdale does a great brunch party. We had my IL's surprise anniversary party there a few years ago. We rented out the entire restaurant for a few hours and set up a big brunch buffet. It was fantastic and affordable!
ETA: Palmer's in Farmingdale also does a great brunch. My bridal shower was there, again around 50 people with a private room.

Depending on when you're looking - The View was destroyed by Sandy and is supposed to re-open in March
