Roast it, shred it, and serve it with sauce and meatballs! Had that tonight and OMG
I also make Skinnytaste Spaghetti Squash Lasagna, and there's a new recipe I want to try called Baked Spaghetti Squash and Cheese.

You can do anything you would serve with pasta.

I made that squash and cheese last night but instead of spinach used broccoli and it was sooo good. The kids even ate it thinking it was some form of mac and cheese lol. My husband said it was flavorless...but he knows nothing about food.

I roast it in the oven and top with pesto, or have it with some chicken sausage/mushrooms/peppers, have it with a red sauce, my girls like it with a little butter and shaved parmesan cheese, made it today for the hubby to take to work for his lunch topped it with a ground turkey marsala
I roast up 3-4 of these a week and have it ready to go
(oh and I get the guys in the market to split it in half for me...saves me so much time and energy of having to hack into it myself)
