Started walking again
I walked on Tuesday and then again on Wednesday.....I feel so much better now that I started walking again - I just gotta keep at it

Thanks - I did it again this morning. My mother in law told me to wait till tonight when it was cool out, and I told her if I wait till tonight I probably wont do it at all
