Question about Boogie
I noticed boogie has been licking his "winky" area a lot today...and when I check him out alittle while ago he has two bumps that are red on it...he is licking so much that his hair around the area is WET....I put an E-Collar around his neck (he was just neutered about 3 weeks ago)
He got quite a few shots on Thursday and a check up from the vet...
Anyone have an idea of what it is or what I can do to help him...he looks like it is very uncomfortable

he was neutered around 3 weeks ago, maybe a little bit more...
we found it last night late and today is sunday so they are not in-I will call tomorrow-I think they have some hours-
he seems "okay" just a little uncomfortable and he is licking it
I will put collar back on I think
