Question about the boogie sucker

How the hell do you use it.....Either mine doesn't work or I'm not doing it right....Are the boogies supposed to come out the first try or do you have to keep doing it? Do I hold one nostril closed will sucking the boogies from the other....Ehh it totally grosses me out but Ava is so stuffy I have to do it.....Usually I use my pinky nail but this time she is just so congested they are too far backChat Icon

Re: Question about the boogie sucker

How are you using it? I can usually get the boogies out in a couple of tries. Do you squeeze the bulb outside the nostril, then stick it in the nostril and release?

You need to depress the boogie snatcher, put it in the nostril that you want cleaned. Put your finger over the other nostril, and release the boogie snatcher.

Clean it out with warm water - and make sure the warm water is all out of the snatcher before trying it again.

also, squirt some saline drops into her nose first, it loosens them up and it is a little easier to get them out. Little Noses makes one.

I do the same thing too. I also press down on one of their nostrils and it makes it easier to **** more of the boogies out.

Re: Question about the boogie sucker

Don't feel bad the first time I used it I did the same thing I put it i nthe nose and then squeezed it and I quickly realized I did it wrong when marissa gave me this horrified look. I also use the saline drops in her nose and then do it to make it easier to get the boogies out it doesn't always work the frist try you will have to do it a few times before you get anyhting out and a few more to get it all out
