Definitely soup.
I had some leftover roast from earlier in the week so I cut that up and made a vegetable soup last night for dinner.
French onion is my other fave though.

Does anyone have a good onion soup recipe but that I can make the onions really small... HUbby likes the taste of onion soup but not the taste of the onions...

I keep mine frozen and use it for soups, stews, pot roast and gravy.
