St. Patricks Day Party
Were having a St. Patrick's Day party at our home I need some ideas on drinks, apps, and dinner ideas!
Anything fun for kids too!

Hey there! We're having a St. Paddy's Day party at work so we've been brainstorming.
Food:
-Sodabread (We're having a bake-off.)
-Irish Flag Crudite
-Spinach & Artichoke Dip and Crackers
-Irish Cheeses
-Onion Quiche
-Potato Soup (Though I think a mashed potato bar with all the fixings would be awesome!)
-Corned beef sliders
-Stuffed potatoes with sour cream and chives
-Mini Sheppards Pies
Desserts:
-Irish Whiskey Cake
-Rainbow Fruit Skewers
-Bailey's Marble Cheesecake
-Bailey's Tiramisu
-Shamrock Cookies
-Rainbow Cupcakes
-Green Velvet Shamrock Shaped Whoopie Pies
-Trifle (Chocolate, fruit, any kind)
-Key Lime Pie
-Green Jello Parfaits (Half jello, half jello/whipped cream)
-Creme De Menthe Cupcakes
-Rainbow Candy buffet
Drinks:
-Irish Beers
-Mojitos with a splash of creme de menthe for the green coloring.
-Irish Coffee Bar
Games:
-Pot of Gold bean bag toss (bean bags and those "cauldrons" from Halloween, spray painted gold if you're ambitious!)
-Treasure Hunt (hide gold coins, whoever finds the most wins the prize)
-Guess number of gold coins in a jar
-Pin the shamrock on the leprechaun (google, there's a few printables, but I can't find them right now.  )

we had a little get together last year:
I made:
irish nachos(app)
mini Ruebens (app) (cut them into quarters)
shepards pie (main)
My friend made soda bread
reuben dip is awesome as an app... google it!

St. Patricks Day Party
For apps, we do the usual stuff like cheese and crackers, guac and chips, veggies and dip.
Dinner is corned beef, cabbage, boiled potatoes, mac and cheese, soda bread, rye bread, green salad.
Dessert is an assortment of what everyone brings. The last few years it's been a lot of Guinness cupcakes and bailey's cupcakes!
