Shepherds Salad
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this salad but cannot figure out the dressing that the Turkish restaurants use/make.
Its red onion, cucumber, tomato, oil...and thats all I have.
I tried parsley, lemon juice, basil. NOPE
If anyone knows how to make this like the Turkish restaurants, please share with me!

splash or red wine vinegar
Dried mint
1-2 gloves fresh garlic (minced)
Salt
