local adoption agencies to work w/ a young teenager?

I know a family with a teenage daughter who has been concealing her pregnancy, she's fairly far along and has decided she wants to put the baby up for adoption (the parents aren't really able to care for the baby either). She has not taken care of herself and has done very little in terms of prenatal care. Does anyone know of any local places to contact to start the adoption process? I found a website called Birthright.org in Floral Park, so they'll start there, but with probably only a month until she gives birth, time is rather limited.

I am sure that there are many families right here who would be willing to adopt!!!!

But the IrishEcho (a newspaper) always has ads from families.

Responded!! I have to talk to the family tomorrow to get an update on where they currently stand (I know they went to a catholic agency today).
