Set the realistic goal of a pound of week and you will be down 5lbs by your wedding. Join My Fitness Pal and enter your goals there to help keep track of what your eating. Bump up our cardio to 4-6 times a week. That should do it.

Cut out carbs, sweets and dairy! You should def shed those lbs in 40+ days! And drinks ton of water!

I did the 3 day Blueprint Juice cleanse. (nothing but juice for 3 days) and lost 3.5 lbs in those 3 days, and now I am doing a modified primal diet.
So basically, no carbs, no sugars, very limited dairy. mainly lean proteins and veggies.
I'm trying to lose a total of 8-10 in a month, so we'll see!
