Chicken Thighs
I bought a big pack of chicken thighs. Boneless, possibly, I dunno?
What can I make with them? Easy is a plus since I make right before or after I go to the gym and am trying to eat healthy. Our typical weeknight dinner is some roasted chicken, and 2 types of veggies or one veg & rice.

This was so delicious. I made it with boneless chicken breasts.
Baked Artichoke Chicken
Haven't tried this one yet but looks good.
Pan Roasted Chicken w/lemon garlic green beans

I made this last ngiht with thighs and drumsticks. It was SO good. And very very easy. but it takes an hour in the oven.
