Coconut water
I've tried plain coconut water once and ended up throwing it out because it was so gross. I want to attempt it again but try one of the flavored ones. Does anyone have any recommendations??

It's probably not the healthiest because it has sugar in it but I like the Goya one in the can. It has chunks of coconut in it.
A lot of people in my yoga class like the flavored Zico ones. A girl was drinking a chocolate one the other day and said it tastes like Yoo Hoo.
I can't do plain either myself. Think it tastes totally gross.

Coconut water
The flavored ones are almost as bad as drinking any other sweetened juice/soda/sport drink. They aren't good for you. Try squeezing lemon or lime into the plain one. Or use it to make protein shake or smoothie.

I love plain Zico coconut water. Took a while to get used to it, but now it's my favorite. I bring it with me to the gym when I'm running, because of the potassium it has, I swear I don't cramp up now. That's the only time I drink it, or mix it with a protein shake. It's not technically "healthy", but since I drink it to hydrate during workouts, I feel it cancels it out, and I like the benefits with it during my sessions

It totally depends (IMO) on the brand of coconut water and even its packaging. I love plain zico, but hate vita coco. And zico in the plastic tetra packs (boxes) tastes different from the bottle.
The chocolate zico is yummy, but it has a lot of sugar.
