IBS help
I've had IBS (diahrrea prone) my whole life and the only thing that used to help me were the probiotics. I gave birth over a month ago and my IBS has gotten very bad. It's to the point where I can't eat anything without having to run to the bathroom. Has anyone else experienced this after pregnancy? What has worked for your IBS ?

I think itys the hormones causing a flare for you. Ughs. Are u still taking the prenatals? And congrats on your baby!!

Yeah I was reading online that hormones can do that too. I had stopped taking my prenatals a few weeks back.I can't believe how bad my IBS is. Thanks for the congrats!

IBS help
my IBS also got bad after i gave birth. i blamed it on the c section shifting things up. LOL. its more regulated now( 6 months pp)
