Same here. It was a really good read! I'd definitely be open to reading more of his stuff, I just forget, ya know?

Oh god yes!!! I adore this man!!!

Start with This is Where I Leave You...you'll be hooked.

How to Talk to a Widower is heart-wrenching...having read it only a few months after getting married, it just hit me right in the core of emotions.

The Book of Joe is one that both DH and I loved. I reread some parts of it while DH was reading it a few months ago.

I mean, I'm biased. I love all of his stuff, but these are my top three in order of how much I love them.

Not yet, though they would make for great movies. There has been a lot of talk about making some of the books into movies, but things seem to fall apart.

He did co-create a series on HBO or Cinemax (not sure) called Banshee. I haven't seen it because I am too cheap to pay for premium channels.

I always say that "Dan in Real Life" reminds me of a movie that Jonathan Tropper could've written...it's such a similar tone.

I'm really surprised they've never gone through! I'm reading Plan B right now and it's fantastic!

I had heard awhile ago that JJ Abrams was in talks to produce one of the movies...dude, I am anxiously awaiting it and hoping that it comes to light.

Interesting! Not at all the type of work he usually goes for but I bet he'd do an awesome job with it.

I have read them all too, and I think I would rank them the same way. My husband recently asked me if he was going to read one, which should it be & I suggested This is Where I Leave You which is the first one I read.
