Menu thread 4-14-13
Tonight- Chicken cordon bleu, rice, broccoli
Mon.- Spaghetti & Meatballs
Tues.- Sausage with onions and peppers (on hero for DH)
Wed.- Honey sesame chicken, jasmine rice, snap peas
Thurs.- Soup & Sandwiches (TBD)
Fri.- take out

Menu thread 4-14-13
Sunday: Tomato soup and grown up grilled cheese sandwiches
Monday: Penne alla pesto, salad
Tuesday: Out
Wednesday: Crispy chicken cutlets with paprika yogurt sauce, rice pilaf and French beans
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Fiesta enchiladas, roasted corn salad, maybe Spanish rice

Sun - leftovers from lunch I made yesterday (baked ravioli, roasted eggplant rounds salad)...for me, anyway. DH is hungover so MORE NOMS FOR ME.
Mon - salad with dried cranberries, goat cheese, walnutsn berries
Tue - bean and cheese quesedillas, roasted corn and carrots
Wed - braised zucchini and fancy grikked cheese
Thu - out with a friend
Fri - pizza?
Sat - out for a birthday

Sun - parents' house
Mon - leftover roast chicken and onions, leftover hot crash potatoes, salad
Tues - lasagna
Weds - honey mustard marinated turkey tenderloin, broiled brussel sprouts, quinoa
Thurs - sundried tomato chicken sausage, pasta, asparagus
Fri - TJ channa masala and jasmine rice?
Sat - out - maybe bareburger?

Sat: BBQ Skirt steak, creamed spinach, and baked potatoes
Sun: BBQ Chicken Thighs (3 marinades... balsamic, cilantro/lime, and yogurt with onion and garlic), brown rice pilaf, and cole slaw
Mon: ST Spinach lasagna rolls (I finally made them lol) and texas toast
Tues: Soup & Sandwich night
Wed: Chicken nuggets, mac n cheese & cucumbers for the kids, we're going out for wing night
Thurs: leftovers for the boys, I have a girls night
Friday: Pizza/leftovers

Worked late a lot this week, so didn't plan as much as usual:
Saturday: Refrigerator pot-luck (we ate what's in the fridge/freezer
Sunday: Broiled tilapia with parmesan sauce, steamed spinach, and roasted cherry tomatoes with garlic
Monday: Leftovers from Friday night takeout
Tuesday: Refrigerator pot-luck again!
Wednesday: Spicy Sausage Pasta Bake (Emily Bites) with a veggie side
Thursday: Pulled Pork in Crockpot (SkinnyTaste) on whole wheat sliders with mini corn on the cob and salad
Friday: Baked Jalapeno Popper Chicken Rolls (SkinnyTaste) with homemade sweet potato fries and some kind of veggie

Sunday: Diner (had a date night with hubby in the city)
Monday: Panera
Tuesday: Roisterre chicken with yellow rice and steamed broccoli with garlic
Wednesday: Grilled boneless pork chops, seasoned with salt and pepper served with applesauce, baked potatoes and steamed spinach
Thursday: ST Chicken Rollatini with homemade sauce and spaghetti
Friday: Stuffed chicken casserole with stuffing, brown gravy, string beans, carrots and peas.
