Any 5ks in June/July
Just wondering if anyone knows of a 5K in June/July. I've come to the conclusion that I need to have "something" to train for to get my but back in shape. TIA!

june 1st airport run at macarthur - so much fun..check out Sayville summer series for more of them, I did most of them last year...hth

June 22nd is the Sean Ryan 5k in Long Beach, always a great race!

I love running with just women. This is a great race too. (although slightly flat and boring with lots of turns) I've done it 4 times and it's really one of my favorites.
