Has anyone seen Annie on Broadway ?
Crashing but I saw it a few months ago and I'd say if she can sit through the show, it's definitely age appropriate. It was great! There were many young kids around and I'm sure there would be even more at a matinee.
I saw my first Broadway show when I was 6!

We saw it with my 5 and 7 year old girls and we all loved it! Then again, they were very familiar with the musical and its music already, but either way you can't go wrong! Great show!

That was my first Broadway show when I was younger and Sarah Jessica Parker was Annie!!!
My daughter just went on a high school field trip and they saw it....she loved it! It's definitely appropriate for a 6 year-old.

Thank you all, I think we will go, I just didn't want her to see a drunk all the stage for 3 hours....lol and wonder what was going on - we will see the movie first !

my daughter loved it
but she's been sitting through broadway shows since she was 3. She's already seen more than most adults thanks to her grandma.

I took my 5.5 and 4 year old to see it last December and they loved it. My 4 year old fell asleep just before intermission, but truly enjoyed what she saw.

I took my DD for her 5th birthday this fall; she loved it. She did see the movie before we went & I took her to a local production in town last year; so she was familiar. She loved it!
