Weight Watchers- I have to be doing something wrong...
Because I'm starving right now.
I like to snack throughout the day. I've always eaten that way - more of a grazer. I'm cranky and hungry :(

Can't you have unlimited fruit and veggies on WW? Maybe try that as a snack..

Re: Weight Watchers- I have to be doing something wrong...
I am totally new to this but are you getting enough protein?
I love to snack to but I have changed my snacking habits from junk and not filling carbs to things I know will fill me up. A hard boiled egg/egg white, an apple with a tbsp of peanut butter, a Greek yogurt, hummus and carrots, string cheese. If I need a salty snack I have had a serving of pretzels. Right now I am nursing so I get extra points I think it will be hard when I lose those points!
I have to have some sort of dessert so I have been saving 4 points for some sort of treat at night.
If your hungry at night what about a bowl of cereal?
Eta: I have also primarily stopped having a carb side at dinner and having 2 servings of protein which I think helps me stay satisfied.

Like a PP mentioned, try increasing your protein. Also, it helps to increase (healthy) fats, such as avocado. These are the things that will help keep you full. Also, definitely, eat ALL of your points! If you're still hungry, you have 49 extra points!
As far as the oil, you should be having 2 servings of 'healthy' oil. I get one of my servings by adding a tsp of olive oil to my salad.
What does your typical day look like?

It's not unlimited. You shouldn't be eating more than the daily recommended servings for fruits and veggies. They just count as "zero" because WW has already incorporated those calories into the daily allotted target.

Weight Watchers- I have to be doing something wrong...
My day usually consists of: A banana and Greek yogurt Some baked chips or pretzel thins (3 points) with a wedge of laughing cow cheese For lunch I'll have leftover grilled chicken and a salad or something depends on when the baby gives me a chance If i need a snack I'll have a 90 calorie fiber one bar or a sargento cheddar cheese stick (2 point)
Dinner some sort of protein and vegetables
If I have points left ill have a treat usually a frozen Greek yogurt pop 3 pts

Oh okay, I thought I had read that they were unlimited. Why is there a restriction on non-starchy veggies ? For example, a cup of spinach is 23 calories and loaded with powerful nutrients. I wonder why they place a limit on eating foods like that.

The goal is to eat a well balanced diet...meaning not ALL fruits of veggies. It should be balanced...for some people it might be more than 4-5 servings, for some people less. If you eat an extra serving of spinach- that's not bad. It's more so applied to sugary type fruits (like bananas).
It's a common misconception with WW that you can eat all the fruits and veggies you want. Everything should be in moderation. Most people aren't at WW because they have a problem eating too much spinach It's usually an encouragement to get people t eat more veggies.
While it's ONE lifestyle/diet plan, it can be intrepereted in different ways to fit different lifestyles.

Try swapping the chips/pretzels for something else! Even if it is higher points. That snack won't fill you up!! Maybe some nuts with the cheese? Or PB on a whole wheat/high fiber english muffin? Also, your other snack doesn't seem filling at all either. I would do protein shake or a glass of milk. What are you putting on your salad? Maybe you can bulk it up with more fruits and veggies. Do you use dressing? You can put a little olive oil on it for flavor and it helps get in healthy fats.

Thanks.
I'll try some of these. Protein shakes sound bulky - kwim? I rather fruit shakes with flax seed or peanut butter. How would I figure those points?
I guess I don't really know the foods that'll fill me up on the best points.

Re: Weight Watchers- I have to be doing something wrong...
I would definitely incorporate the oils, as healthy fats can help you feel more satisfied (and are needed to help your body absorb vitamins and other nutrients you get from other foods, like veggies in a salad).
Your daily menu looks like you might not be getting enough points (I guess it depends on portions -- for example how much protein are you eating with dinner?). But I think you may have to increase your food intake. For example, I don't know if a banana and Greek yogurt alone for breakfast would satisfy me. I prefer a bit of a heartier breakfast like eggs, oatmeal, whole grain waffle with peanut butter. If I do the Greek yogurt for breakfast (which is only 2 to 4 pts for the brands I like), I will often add in some high fiber cereal and fruit to bulk it up.
I was a little hungry the first week or two on WW, but then I adjusted and I usually don't feel too hungry, and I only get 26 pts. But I really try to bulk up every meal and every snack with a fruit or veggie. I know they are not "unlimited," and I try be reasonable with fruit, but the veggies, I don't even worry about it. But for example, when you have your cheese stick, maybe you could pair it with an apple, or with some cherry tomatoes and a tsp of oil, if you'd rather go savory.
If you really like grazing/eating more often, you could break up your meals a bit more. Maybe have the Greek yogurt for breakfast at 8 am, and then have your banana at 10 am. Have your chicken at 12:30 for lunch, and then have the salad at 2 pm. You get the idea. And there's nothing wrong with snacking if you are staying within your points. I just try to choose more nutritionally dense foods and not have a lot of packaged items, which tend to be empty calories. I will sometimes have a WW mini bar or something as a treat, but never to curb hunger. It's more of something I go to if I want something sweet with a cup of tea or coffee or something.
Finally, don't be afraid to use some weekly points -- that's what those 49 points are there for! If you are too hungry, you won't stick with the program. I use my weekly points very generously and I have been happy with my weight loss progress.
I would just experiment some more with different food and snack ideas and see if you can find ways to keep your hunger at bay throughout the day. Being hungry is the worst!

Thank you so much! I'm going to start making some eggs for breakfast. Maybe look into whole grain waffles. I'm in desperate need to go food shopping.
