How do you make your Spaghetti Squash?

Just discovered this lovely veg. But unfamiliar with the tastiest way to prepare.

I recently made the Skinny Taste "Cheesy Spaghetti Squash with Spinach" recipe. It was healthy -- squash and spinach! -- but was a take on mac-and-cheese. My sister said it was the best spaghetti squash she ever had.

I also like it with just tomato sauce, fresh basil, maybe a little mozzarella or grated parm.

Uncle Giuseppe's makes a spaghetti squash dish with tomatoes and shrimp that looks really interesting. I would love to try it (or make my own take on it).
