Re: how many heroes?

Are you having other food to go with it? If so, I would say 6 ft would be enough.

Re: how many heroes?

I'm having 35 people this weekend for a party, the place I ordered from suggested 10-12 ft BUT the heroes are the primary food. Making a bunch of different salads and side dishes to go with too.

Last time I did a party that big (50-60) I found that even with hot trays 6 ft wasn't quite enough. I would add an extra foot or two.......just to be on the safe side. It's always better to have too much food that too little. Chat Icon

Re: how many heroes?

it's our primary food, which is why we were going to do 12ft for 30 people originally. but now that we have 60, i don't know if i can keep it at 12-15ft, or if i should be doubling it...24 ft of subs sounds like so much...

I don't think so if its your primary food. I would mix up the types though, like american and italian, or whatever else they offer. Its better to have extra left over then fall short! If you don't want extras you can always send them home with people (i found that people were happy to take sandwiches as leftovers for the next day).
