Dizzy

Does anyone else get random bouts of dizziness? It seems to happen at the most random times. I'm getting nervous something is wrong. I have a dr's appointment but just wanted to see if anyone else suffers from this?

I suffer from this and my doctor told me its from fluid in my ear. He told me to take an allergy pill to help dry up the fluid. It seems to be working as I've only had 1 spell since I went which was in April.

It could also be a blood sugar thing. I'm hypoglycemic and will get dizzy if I move too quickly and my blood sugar is low. I also have sinus issues and get dizzy if I have a sinus infection or am really congested.

could be an allergy too. i get dizzy from drinking diet soda with nutrasweet in it. Also some medications will cause me to get dizzy as well.

So many things can cause dizziness, good idea to get checked by md. But many cases of true vertigo (spinning sensation not lightheadedness, there's a difference) are caused by inner ear issues.

Try to be as accurate as you can when describing the symptoms. It can help get you a correct diagnosis and treatment (i.e. how long does it last, seconds/minutes/hours, when does it happen either at rest or if turning your head). Gl feel better!
