ANyone start to get dizzy spells late in their third trimester?
I got dizzy twice in the last two days. It was weird because I was walking around in the store and is just hit me. I didn't get sweaty or hot, I just got disoriented. My BP has always been low and hasn't changed while being PG. Maybe that is what it was!!

It could be the low BP. Are you anemic at all? I get dizzy spells if I forget to take my iron.

I use to get dizzy in the third tri. Books said it was common. My BP was always perfect and I was otherwise fine. It's annoying but you'll be ok.

My BP usually is perfect, but sometimes it is on the low side. The doctor has never been concerned though. I figured it was just common
