Smiley face on opk

I got the smiley face this morning. I read on the LI IVF blog to have sex every other day for the best quality sperm. We had sex last night and I was planning on doing tomorrow night them Sunday night; but since I got that smiley I want to do it tonight and tomorrow night... But should I stick to my every other day plan to increase the chances of healthier sperm?

Do you have known sperm issues? I got a smiley at 11pm and we DTD before bed, the following night, and then the night after that. Results unknown...

On the other hand, last cycle we DTD the night I got a smiley, skipped the next day (unintended, DH fell asleep), and then DTD the day after that and I got a BFP although it turned out not to stick.

Not sure which is the "better" way to go...

In my opinion, I would go for it. Unless your DH has some sort of sperm issues that you know about I am of the mind set that the more you DTD the better your chances. I'm no expert though and I know with my first DD I was so rigid about following all the guidelines and whatnot. I don't think it made a difference though. I'm on my first cycle since my first AF post chemical and this week is my fertile week. DH an I are just going at it as much as possible . GL
