Re: "good" desserts
Sometimes I just like a small portion of a regular old dessert....nothing healthy, but if I portion-control, then I make it calorie controlled.
Also:
100 calorie packs of cocoa dusted almonds (or even a few dark chocolate covered almonds)
Fudgesicle - Even the full fat, full sugar ones are only about 80 calories, and they take awhile to eat (compared to like a cookie), and are refreshing when it's hot out.
I just bought chocolate frozen Greek yogurt bars at Stop & Shop. 110 calories each.
Small piece of dark chocolate
Chocolate covered strawberries, or frozen banana pieces dipped in chocolate (I've gotten these at Trader Joe's).
TJ's also has mini mint chocolate chip ice cream sandwiches (the sandwiches are made out of small oreo-type cookes). I think they are 60 calories each.
You can make chocolate or chocolate chip muffins from any homemade recipe as mini muffins for instant portion control. And they store well in the freezer
Chocolate milk made with skim milk, or even a chocolate shake with skim milk, a banana, cocoa powder (or even chocolate syrup), and ice in a blender.
Small bowl of special K cereal that as the chocolate added, or something like chocolate cheerios. At least you get in some whole grains and low fat/skim dairy.

Re: "good" desserts
Take a frozen chopped banana, put it in the food processor with some cocoa powder and vanilla or almond extract and blend. Very much like chocolate ice cream!

Re: "good" desserts
3 - 2- 1
Mix a package of angel food cake mix with a package on chocolate cake mix, store it in a container. Take 3 tablespoons of the cake mix mixture and mix it with 2 tablespoons of water in a cup. Put the cup in the microwave for 1 minute. It makes a 1 point dessert, I top it with a touch of caramel sauce (small enough that it adds no points to the total) and I find it satisfies that need for a little something sweet. Once you have the mix stored you can whip one up anytime you'd like.
