Biscoff Cookies?
Hey there! Does anyone know where I can get biscoff cookies? I checked stop n shop and didn't see them. Trader joes maybe? Thanks!

I saw them in my Stop and Shop- but they were on an end cap somewhere- not in the cookie aisle!

All over it! I actually have the Speckuloos from the Wafels & Dinges cart, but it's pretty much the same thing. If you haven't already had a Speckuloos Wafel- you need to get on it NOW!

My friend (the one who introduced me to Wafels & Dinges!) is getting married in September so her bridal shower is this weekend. I wanted to make Speckuloos cupcakes and put a biscoff cookie on top.
ETA: The wafel cart is over on Austin Street every Sunday, by the way!

Argh! I hate when they do that! If I do have to go back, I'll check again, but otherwise, I'll just go to TJ. It's just out of the way is all!

I've stopped eating from food trucks...DH and I both got a serious case of food posioning from one of the more popular trucks. All I can say is thank god we have two bathrooms in the house 
I know you can get food posioning anywhere, but once you make an association, it's kind of there forever.

You're welcome! They just opened it up maybe 2 weeks ago? I haven't gotten down there yet, but I'm dying to go. I'm spoiled though- I swear their trucks FOLLOW me- 4 or 5 days a week they are in walking distance from my job or my house. lol! I'm totally getting a wafel for lunch now.

Walgreens
Walmart
The spread is available at a smaller amount of stores but, Stop & Shop is one of them.

Damn!!! You're good!!! Thanks!  I've never even seen the spread in stores!  That's why I got the Speckuloos from the W&D.

Had to buy a sleeve of cookies at D'Agostino after reading this thread.
Sigh, they are so good with a cup of coffee.
Fairway carries both the cookies and the spread.

By the way guys, the cupcakes were AMAZING. I mean, I don't usually like those types of cookies, but I was in love with these cupcakes. The flavor was really strong though, so I decided to do mini cupcakes instead of full sized so I crumbled the cookies in the batter and on top of the spekuloos buttercream.
