Do you prefer the sock over the calf sleeve? Is the sock part comfortable?

i haven't tried the sleeves, only the socks.
i was told that the difference in using one over the other is what you plan to do during recovery: if you plan to keep them on for recovery, you want the socks, if you plan to take them off right after your run, you're ok to use just the sleeves.
i've used my compression socks only a few times on my long runs and i like them. i feel i look like a dork but i find that my recovery is a bit shorter and there's less need to ice after my run.
i bought a new pair last night. i never thought i would be excited about buying socks lol
