Crossfit ladies... is there a particular style of clothing that is more conducive to workouts? Also, can I just get regular cross-trainers?

I'd suggest OLY shoes such as rebok nanos and I love the website WOD love for clothes. Also, more form fitted stuff because loose clothes can get in the way.
