Quesadillas
I've had quesadillas but never made them and I'd like to!!
How do you make yours?

I put the tortilla in a dry pan, sprinkle shredded cheese, add it whatever veggies or meat I have (cubed rotisserie chicken works), let the cheese start to melt, then flip it in half. Quesadillas are so easy to make.

This is what we do too. I will add salsa too

My DD who is 4.5 loves them. I just do cheese and sometimes chicken. She dips them in sour cream or salsa. They are her favorite.

spray a frying pan with pam...put in a flour tortilla, sprinkle with cheese...when cheese starts to melt put another flour tortilla on top and using a spatulla, carefully flip it. Use a pizza cutter and cut into eight pieces. Dollop of sour cream and guacamole in center. Yummy
