Do you ever take spin? I am doing an audition there on Monday and I wanted to know how their classes were so I know how to plan.

I do not because I'm out of shape and scared. But I do know that a friend of mine loves one of the instructors.

I'm sure that it is more the scared than the out of shape. If I get the job, I'll let you know when I teach. If you come a half hour or so before that, I'll give you a private class to help you learn. I know you can do it!!

She's great.
I also have attended one of her classes and she makes you feel really comfortable.
I've only done a handful of classes at this point and I just do what I can. I figure the more I go, the more I will be able to do.
