what workouts gave you results relatively quickly?

I'm seeing that crunches and push ups give some sort of results pretty fast....any others you know of?

Amen to running. I dont run myself, b/c I'm lazy, but when my husband started alternating his normal elliptical workout with running the pounds FLEW off.

Squats and dead lifts. My trainer swears by them. My butt has never looked better LOL and I see the difference in the "muffin top". I do also run and see results with that as well.

Barre - basically squats and lunges. My tush lifted, no more saddle bags, and no muffin top! It's hard but it's worth it

running mixed with circuit

Running has always kept the weight off and circuit (lunges, squats, burpees, weights) has really made the difference in toning what I do have.

Everything others have mentioned but definitely sprints as opposed to just steady paced running. The sprints engage your abs.

I will do 5 pushups, sprint & repeat, then rest. Then 8 jumping squats, sprint, repeat, rest. & do this until i feel exhausted

Also, when i take my son to the park, we "race" sometimes & do quick sprints with a rest in between. He doesn't mind if i win a few but i usually let him tie lol

Lifting weights or using a resistance band will get you results. And any hi intensity circuit. Just do a youtube search for ideas

Running - not sure if they are quick results, but it definitely positively changes your body long term.

Definitely without a doubt- running!!!!!!!!

It's always helped me drop pounds quick and get into sick shape.
