Best workout videos?
I'm trying to run 3 days per week. I'd also like to do some type of workout video on other days when I don't have as much time work out. I have the 30 Day Shred, but I'd like to mix things up. I'm looking for good, relatively short exercise videos that focus more on toning/strength than cardio.
Are there any good exercise videos that you recommend?

There are some great videos on Youtube! Check out Cassey Ho and Melissa Bender (a bit more challenging).

Re: Best workout videos?
I have been doing the lesley sansone walk at home. You basically are marching in place and the moves are really basic. I am not a coordinated person at all so i give up easily on work out videos. But Lesley's I like.
she has so many videos. I just got the 4 mile one and I work up a sweat.
It's great if it is raining out i can walk at home and there are no excuses. or if it is late at night and i am itching to do something, I pop in the dvd and just do a quick mile. Something is better than nothing!

Re: Best workout videos?
I just started doing the T-25 DVDs (Beachbody) last week. I am following the recommended program, which is to do a 25 minute workout every day Monday through Thursday, two 25 minute workouts on Friday, a rest day on Saturday, and a 25 minute stretching video on Sunday.
I don't see why you couldn't just incorporate these 25 minute workout into days you are not running instead of following the regimen exactly. It packs a lot into 25 minutes (I really don't enjoy exercise, so the shorter the better for me!).
The workouts incorporate cardio but also a lot of movements focused on strength and toning (things like squats, planks, pushups, burpees... it's all torture to me! lol).
The workouts are geared toward different areas -- in the first phase, the alpha phase, there is a cardio workout, a speed one (focused on speed and agility), an abs one, a lower focus, and a total body circuit.
