Thank you for the info & support!
Over the past few weeks I have been asking questions, worrying, & looking for tips.
I just wanted to say thank you!
Today was able to get in a 9mi long-run (took me 1:27). This was only my 2nd outdoor run since end of June/early July. Because of 2 young kids, & my DH schedule, I've been pretty much running on the treadmill all my other runs.
BUT I'm sticking with it & feeling motivated that even with minimal outdoor time, I'm still running & it's not tortuous!
I'm used to giving others workout support/advice, so it's been nice to be on the receiving end...and I want to thank you! 6 weeks to go until my 1st 1/2 marathon!
