I feel so helpless
We lost our dog over 18 hours ago and after hours and hours of searching, posting on FB, craigslist, putting up posters, etc... still no sign of him. I cannot stand not knowing if someone took him or if another animal has hurt him. He is just a 5 lb dog, we live in a very wooded area with Owls that could actually prey on him.
I am wondering if anyone knows of any tracking services around here that would use dogs to track his scent. I am desperate, please help if you know of anything.

Dublin was found safe and sound a couple hours ago. After being gone for nearly 24 hours, it was a huge relief! Thank you to everyone who shared the info, offered their support, sent advice and prayers!! We really do have an amazing community!
