Has anyone had success using indeed or monster.com
for a job search? I am going to start looking for a new position, not sure of the best way to approach.

I've had more responses on indeed.com, even more on craigslist.org. But I found my current job through a friend.

Honestly, knowing someone is the way to go in my personal opinion.
I was sending resumes to all kinds of websites and never got a response.
Someone I knew was retiring from the position I have now for an amazing employer I had been trying to get into for years.
I also knew her boss so submitted my resume. They called the next day for an interview, and I ended up getting the job!
Now her boss is my boss and she is a wonderful supervisor!
Also don't be scared of putting it out on FB that you're looking.
