how does monster.com work when you upload your resume?
I have no idea how it works. can you upload your resume for others to find you?
does it include your name?
could your current employer find out you posted your resume on there if they were to look?
Or do you only send your resume to jobs that are hiring you?

I believe all that you listed are available options. If you go on their website and create a profile you will see that it will give your options to make your profile confidential or public, only make your current position confidential, hide your name but make your resume visible etc etc etc
