A piece of brisket or big piece of beef, 1. Up of Peter Luger sauce, a 1/2 cup of honey hickory BBQ sauce and set it for 8 hours. Shred the meat with a fork, mix it up and I served it on slider buns.

A spaghetti squash cut in half and placed in the crockpot (I had to quarter it to get it to fit). Add a jar of tomato sauce and frozen meatballs. Cook on high for 3 hours. Remove and shred the squash and top with meatballs and sauce. I used the refrigerate meatballs that target carries near the fresh meat and they were great.

I don't know if I would say amazing, but crock potatoes with cheese and bacon are pretty good. Easy to make. Throw in a bunch of quartered potatoes, sliced uncooked bacon, few tablespoons of butter and shredded cheese. Green onion is good in it as well. Spray the crockpot so the potatoes don't stick. Cook on low for a few hours.

Pulled pork is the easiest recipe ever:
Pork shoulder or butt in crock pot w/ can of sprite or root beer (DH uses Stewarts that comes in a small bottle) Cook on low for 8 hours. Drain Pull apart with fork Add your favorite BBQ sauce (We use Sweet Baby Rays or Famous Dave's) - use as much or as little as your want. Serve either on buns or by itself.
Easy Peasy and delicious! Our friends are always requesting that he makes it.

I put in a whole turkey, add seasoning to it, a few rosemary pieces, some lemon, and cook on low for I think 6-8 hours I forget exactly. It literally falls apart after and I use it for a few dishes including chicken noodle, quesadillas, etc.
