Re: Fav appetizers
Sweet and sour meatballs - Buy premade frozen mini Swedish meatballs (I liked the Cooked Perfect brand, sold at Stop & Shop, King Kullen). Put in crockpot with equal parts chili sauce (find near the ketchup in the store) and grape jelly, and cook on low until sauce is blended and everything is heated through (minimum 4 hours). I usually do 2 lbs meatballs (64 meatballs) per 12 oz chili sauce and 12 oz jelly.
Brie bites - Buy frozen mini phyllo cups, put a dollop of seedless raspberry jam on the bottom, add a cube of brie cheese and top with a pecan piece/half. Bake at 425 for 5-8 minutes, until cheese is melted.
Shrimp cocktail -- Boil or roast shrimp and serve with cocktail sauce or any sauce you desire (pesto, tartar sauce, etc.).
Taco dip - spread out cream cheese in a 9 inch pie plate (can use 8 oz or 2 8 oz bricks for a thicker layer); top with a jar of salsa, and then add 2 cups of shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes until melted and bubbling, and serve with tortilla chips, veggies, etc.
Knorr spinach dip in a bread bowl with bread cubes, crackers, and crudité.
I also often make things like homemade baked clams, stuffed mushrooms, etc., but those involve more cooking and prep. The ones mentioned above are my easy go-to recipes for quick entertaining.

Any recipes with pepperoni?!
Not sure if it was this exact recipe but I had something similar. Very yummy. You can make breadsticks to dip!
Pepperoni Pizza Dip
1/2 cup sour cream 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning* 1/2 cup pizza sauce 2 ounces (1/2 cup) chopped pepperoni 1/4 cup sliced green onions 2 ounces (1/2 cup) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Heat oven to 350°F. Combine sour cream, cream cheese and Italian seasoning in small bowl. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth.
Spread evenly into 9-inch pie pan. Spread with pizza sauce. Top with pepperoni and green onions. Bake 10-12 minutes or until heated through.
Top with cheese. Continue baking 4-5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with breadsticks.
*Substitute 1/4 teaspoon each dried basil leaves, dried marjoram leaves, dried oregano leaves and 1/8 teaspoon rubbed sage.

What's that fancy Italian meat that's like bacon? Whatever that is - wrapped in cantaloupe. Sweet and salty. Yummy.

Re: Fav appetizers
Pigs in a blanket
Antipasta - crackers, cheese, salami, pepperoni, olives
Bean dip - mix 8 oz bar of cream cheese (softened) with 1 packet of taco seasoning and smooth in the bottom of a microwave serving bowl. Add 1 can of chili with beans smoothed on top of the cream cheese mixture. Top with shredded Mexican style four cheese. Microwave until cheese is completely melted - usually about 3 minutes. I serve with Tostitos and Fritos.

Pigs in a blanket.
I roll a hot dog (Boars Head) in a Pillsbury Crescent Roll (Big & Buttery!!!)
then cut them up into smaller servings. Needless to say, they don't last long and I'm always told I'm evil.
I haven't made them yet, but I love Mac & Cheese Bites. Yumma!

Re: Fav appetizers
Triple Veggie Dip - I just call it spinach and artichoke dip though
1-1/2 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
1 can (1 lb. 3 oz.) asparagus spears, drained, chopped
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
1 can (8-1/2 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1 tub (8 oz.) Philadelphia Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
1/2 cup mayo
HEAT oven to 375ºF.
MIX 1-1/4 cups Parmesan with all remaining ingredients.
SPOON into 2-qt. baking dish; top with remaining Parmesan.
BAKE 35 min. or until dip is heated through and top is lightly browned.
*** Notes on veggies:
I either pulse the asparagus and the artichokes in my food processor (gets really mushy, but it's a dip so it doesn't really matter)
Or - I buy the asparagus spears already chopped and do nothing to them and I'll quarter the artichoke hearts - this is the fastest, least messy way
Or - I chop the asparagus and artichoke hearts in my vidalia onion chopper (my favorite kitchen tool EVER)

I Love these rolls. Would it be ok to add pepperoni and mozz cheese in there to make pepperoni rolls?

one of my go to's is glazed cocktail meatballs. So easy and you can throw them in the slow cooker. Always a hit and beyond easy.
1 jar heinz chili sauce 1 can jellied cranberry bag of frozen cocktail meatballs
mix together in slow cooker and cook on high for 3.5-4 hours.

Re: Fav appetizers
Another good, and easy one: chunk pineapple (canned), wrapped in 1/3-1/2 slice bacon. Secure with a toothpicks and bake in oven til bacon is cooked. So easy, and yummy!
Also, baked clam dip.
