Drying mat

For those of you that have a drying mat for dishes do you find that it gets soaked? I feel like I have to put it in the dryer very often. I hang it to dry overnight but that doesn't do the trick, it's still wet in the am. Am I doing something wrong?

Drying mat

Maybe it's the mat? I don't have that problem. I usually hand wash all my pots and leave them on the mat for a couple hours and everything is dry.

Me neither. I have 2 I got from Home Goods and they barely get wet to be honest.

Re: Drying mat

we have a kitchen aid one and it's great. We have another brand, don't recall it from Lowes, and it gets a little more wet.

Mine must be bad. I got it from Amazon and I literally wring it out after washing dishes!

Re: Drying mat

I have this one from BBB. It's very absorbent and dries pretty quickly.
