How to finance home improvement
We bought our home in May, put about 8% down. We wanted to look into adding a bathroom and bedroom to the 2nd floor of a original Levitt home. We do not have the cash to do this. Do peple generally pay cash or are there other ways to finace work?

the only options I can think of are:
Cash Credit Cards Home Equity Loan (assuming you have equity in the home)

We are finishing up a bunch of work but paid cash. Our contractor does offer financing through GE Capital so that could be an option for you if you can afford the payments. We're working with Paramount Remodeling of Massapequa, don't know of any others offer something like this.
