Supplements. Any particular brand??
Looking to start taking a few- nothing too crazy- while I'm IVF hiatus. There are so many brands and prices for this stuff. Like CO q 10 and royal jelly. Any particular one that you girls like?

Re: Supplements. Any particular brand??
I take Royal Jelly in honey. Supposedly, it's better to take it that way as opposed to pill form. CoQ10 I got from Vitamin Shoppe.

With CoQ10, I don't care too much about brand but I buy ubiquinol because supposedly it absorbs better.

Re: Supplements. Any particular brand??
I don't think the brands matter much. I just know that if it is DHEA it matters bc it has to be micronized. I got all of mine at The Vitamin Shoppe, but you can order online. This is what i started taking after researching supplements and vitamins...
-L-Arginine (Promoting a healthy environment for implantation; May extend fertility for women over 40 -Royal Jelly Capsules (May improve the number and quality of oocytes; believed to promote a healthy immune system, reduce inflammation) -Levothyroxin (prescribed from RE for possible hypothyroid) -Selenium (for positive thyroid antibodies) -Baby Aspirin -Prenatal Vit -Fish Oil with Omega 3s -PABA (Antioxidant/eradicates free radicals) -CoQ10 (thought to be great for improving egg health and egg quality, especially in older women) -Vit D -Vit B Complex -DHEA (thought to improve ovarian function and egg quality) -Melatonin (at night) (antioxidant, strenthens immune system, and thought to help control the timing and release of female reproductive hormones)
one cup of decaf green tea at night (antioxidant)
