Scales
Which do you use at home? I have a really basic one. It's kind of old and i'm not sure how accurate it is. I see there's some ones with blue tooth that sync with apps to track your progress. Does anyone use something like this?

I use the Weight Watchers scale and I love it. Got it at BJs for a little cheaper than retail (20something?). It is digital which I like and calculates BMI or fat percentage or something like that but I have never used that part - I just use the number and hope it goes down :)
