tipping different people at hair salon

If you go and get hair colored and someone else blows you out, how do you split up the tip for say $100 for the full bill? I usually tip 20% but how does it work when tipping colorist, blow out person and shampoo girl?

i freakin HATE this!!! 1 person washes my hair, 1 person cuts and colors and i literally have TWO people giving me a blow out!! i have naturally straight hair!!! i just give a few dollars to everyone and more to my colorist. i dont tip her 20%. fk that! as much as i love her work, i never know how much she will charge me. one time its 150, next is 225.. last time i went , 350! im not giving her 70$ no way

That would aggravate me. I go to one girl who rents a chair at a place and she washes, cuts, blows, does everything herself.

When I get a hair cut, I do a dry cut so no shampoo or blow-out involved. I tip the stylist at least 20%. When I go for a highlight, I tip the colorist at least 20% and the shampoo girl/guy $5. I usually don't get a cut when I highlight and I blow my hair myself.

At my place its my stylist that colors cuts and blows dry. Sep person for shampoo.
Shampoo girl- $5
My stylist 20% of the bill always. I adore her and she does amazing work. And its a set price with her for each service. And she will throw in a protein or deep conditioning treatment sometimes for free. She also always takes her time with me. And i have only waited for her once. She is always on time. I cannot say enough good things about her.
