Just was told about the one I've been dreading..

And I tried Phyllis' approach and thought to myself (and actually said it to my BFF) that I'm glad she's having an easy (al beit surprise) pregnancy, especially considering the rest of her life is basically horrible (she's had a lot - and is still having a lot- of issues in her marriage, work sucks for her, and family issues). It really helped! Of course it takes away my faith that there is some plan, at least for a little bit, because I just can't understand how a couple like them are anywhere close to being ready for this... And I am totally confident that child is going to have issues down the line. But I'm not hysterical like I thought I was going to be when I found out about this one.
