My Doctor told
me I have to take a Yoga for my back. Any places you guys can recommend?

Slighty off topic, but Yoga rocks.......a friend of mine does yoga with her husband & she says the sex is awesome....and long
Not that it is more important than helping your back, but it is a nice side affect

Town of Hempstead has a really good yoga class Tuesday nights. It's in the parks book they send town residents. It's the Kundalini class. I think that the registration is next Tuesday.
I'm not at home right now and won't be home until Sunday night. If you want me to confirm, FM me and I'll let you know because I still have the book.
ETA: The class is in Merrick at a Golf place (cannot remember the name of it)
