Property owner & renting out a house with an inground pool?
Do you think a property owner would want to rent out a home that has an inground pool or would most owners think this a huge liability and too cost prohibitive?

Property owner & renting out a house with an inground pool?
I rented a house with an inground pool before I bought my house. They are out there.

Property owner & renting out a house with an inground pool?
Are you the potential landlord or tenant?
If I was a landlord and had a pool, i'd rent it out... but I would carry TONS of umbrella insurance. I'd also look to incorporate the rental and try to separate it with an LLC or something.
If you are the tenant, then yes there are rentals with pools out there.

I have 3 friends all who rent houses with pools on Long Island
I would guess the owners carry a good insurance policy and also have something in the lease about liability/use

I just rented a house with a pool- the pool will NOT be opened and there is a loop lock cover on it
