Planter Fascitis?
I'm pretty sure I have planter fasciitis in my foot. But now the pain is going up my ankle. It is sharp & very sore. Which Dr should I go to see?

Planter Fascitis?
Podiatrist
I have plantar fasciitis, podiatrist prescribed custom made orthotics. Unfortunately, no more pretty shoes!
BTW, Orthaheel shoes are great. Lots of arch support which is what you need for plantar fasciitis.
I get from SoleProvisions.com, they have free shipping both ways and they are in Ronkonkoma so the shoes come next day or the day after.

Wow! I was about to write almost an identical post! I'm obsessed with Orthaheel and also order through SoleProvision. When mine acts up really badly, I wear my Orthaheel flip flops for a few hours and the pain literally goes away. I could be there spokesperson lol. Def go see a podiatrist. Good luck!

Going through the same thing for months now. The past few days its been radiating through the top of my foot. So painful!!!

have you tried a dietary change? i cut out almost all acidic foods, like tomatoes and oranges. i have been eating them the past couple of days and my foot has been on fire.
