COQ10 brands
If you are taking COQ10 what brand are you taking? Does it matter which brand if its the same mgs? Most COQ10s I'm finding are 100 mgs. Are you taking 100 mgs or more?
There are so many choices on Amazon and I have a GC so I want to buy from there.
Do you take it while doing IVF?
Are you taking anything else to improve egg quality?

Dosage is 600 mg daily. I found 300 mg pills, so I took one am and one pm. You continue to take th CoQ10 while stimming. I think CoQ10 made a huge difference for me (I was taking it regularly for 3 months before my cycle).
I also took 1tsp of Royal Jelly in honey am and pm. I stopped once I was stimming.
I decided against taking DHEA after having my levels checked, and researching side effects.

COQ10 brands
Thanks ladies. I just bought the 200mg COQ10 Target brand. I take the Target prenatals and I like them so I figured I'd try their COQ10 too. Hopefully this will help with quality.
