Deanna's Plan
Does this work for a lot of people? I am going to give it a go this month. Just curious too what happens with IUI's and following the plan?

As a person/couple that was dealing with infertility, there wasn't crap that deanna's plan could do to help me and DH. No amount of timed sex or OPK's was going to work for us (or many of the other women on this board for the matter).
Not to say that we didn't try it when TTC, but at the point of seeing a RE and dealing with infertility, it was useless.

If your dr said to try TI, it can only help. This way you KNOW you caught your fertile window. There are a lot of people who literally keep missing their window so this plan sure helps.
If you are doing IUIs, there is no need to follow it. It will just add stress. When doing IUIs you are monitored to O and given IUI at the right time. Sometimes b2b and dr will encourage BDing after your IUI for added bonus.

Several friends swear by it, but they had no fertility issues.
